To participate in the Digital Photography Contest, email Dr. Jake Detelich your entry at jacob.detelich@jwu.edu. Please submit your entry from your JWU email address and include a JPEG or PNG of your entry, your entry title and your name. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m., Friday, March 17. Participants may submit a maximum of two entries for consideration.

The Johnson & Wales University Charlotte Campus Library invites students, faculty and staff to participate in the #Nofilter Digital Photography Contest, inspired by the Community Read selection The Edge of Anything by Nora Shalaway Carpenter. In the novel, a loner teen photographer befriends a high school volleyball star. Set in the North Carolina mountains, the novel explores grief, mental health and the transformative power of friendship.

Judging will take place March 19–21. A panel of judges will review contest photos to determine winners. Everyone will have the opportunity to vote on the People's Choice winner, until 11:59 p.m., Tuesday, March 21.
